In the G/H process models, increase the draft in the indicated lightener pockets to 1.5 deg. by maintaining the feature profile at the front/rear end of block and adding cast stock in the bottom of the pockets. See attahced PPT file for the specific features to be modified. The attached parasolid are not yet modified and are for face referencing only. Do not modify any features to match the parasolid model. Update all venting affected by this change. This change is intended to improve the extensive core breakage problem when making cores on the Loramendi keycore cell. Due to the magnitude of this change, it is not intended to modify the first set of equipment, only to incorporate into new tool builds.
