Using the Gen III design as reference design Duramax ABCD brush definning fixture for use in the Loramendi vertical keycore cell. A list of photos and movie clips of the Gen III fixture is attached and the photos were set to Brock Whitwell/Al McCullough to preserve storage space. A single design fixture must result that will work for both the ABG manipulator and the CDH manipulator. The definner must brush off the parting line fins from the casting areas of the AB and CD crankcase cores. In addition, it must remove fins from the horizontal and vertical partings of the barrel hook coreprint. Carefull study is required to make certain the core features of the G and H cores do not interfere with the fixture. The fins between the cylinder bore and cam tunnel pose a "tricky" area to defin also.
