Using face offset feature, incorporate 0.25 mm dip allowance in the process models and coreprint models. Cascade the change throughout the assembly The attached parasolids have faced color coded: Aqua-Green faces get dip allowance Cyan faces do not get dip allowance There are cases with each where the dip allowance is very significant and others casees where it is not as significant and these areas may be discussed as it impacts the techniques used and complexity resulting from incorporating the dip.
