During the completion of WR CT03280 to add dip allowance to the EFJKT cores at Maumee Pattern, our PTR's indcated a significant amount of chill at the ends of the joint face resulting in chip scrap. In order to address this issue and meet the necessary casting shipments, it is necessary to add this chill bleedoff to the JK lower inserts so that additional samples can be made. Changes required to corestick models agn47678 & agn47679 and resulting assemblies. As a result, MPC has incorporated the change described in the attached PPT file while at the same time completeing WR CT03280. This change will therefore be included in the corestick models imported from Maumee Pattern. The completed files will be returned by Autoweb when complete.
