Rotate side core inboard about panrail to achieve 0.75mm change at top of cores (deck face at cross-car lugs). Following rotation, move side cores (linear) outward 0.25mm. This results in a net change of 0.50mm (inboard movement) at the top of the sidecores and 0.25mm (outward movement) at the panrail. The resulting change to the core package must be accomplished by modifying the coreprints in the end cores only, and the end core tooling inserts must be modified accordingly. All clearances and/or interference fits (pre-change) must be maintained. NO CHANGE IS TO BE MADE TO THE SIDECORE TOOLING.
