Make the following corrections or clarifications to the Water Jacket Corebox cad data 1) Add note on upper insert dwg #26159 and lower insert dwg #26160 ‘Wear insert pockets – comp cutter .002” per side for clearance and cut radii .005” smaller’. See attached picture ‘wear insert’ 2) Correct backdraft areas on lower insert gpt26312 – see attached picture ‘Backdraft’ 3) Correct note on lower ejector plate dwg #27971 that calls for length of adjustable ejector tip to be 2.50” should be 1.25” for ach39552 and ach39553 4) Revise note on upper insert dwg #26159 and lower insert dwg #26160 to read that the preferred method of machining validation hole covers is cap screw 5) Clarify water jacket depths (.728 from -0- line (.721 from parting) 13 places) on upper insert dwg #26159 6) Correct three areas of upper insert gpt26313 to compensate for .014” shift plus add .003” clearance.
