HOT HOT HOT! Extracted from Steve Wolf's email dated 30NO07: "Gregg, I've sent you a powerpoint on the A-lower mold plate details AL1 thru AL4. We found sharp corners in the data on some of the details. The foam has no sharp corners in the areas that we are looking at. We do have one set on details done. We would have to weld up 2 areas if you want a fillet in the sharp corners. Please let me know". Thanks Steve Wolf-TEI HOT HOT HOT! SMCO needs to correct the specified inserts per the PowerPoint attachment ASAP!, because one complete mold tool, EQ.#1, is due in by 15JA08 and SMCO can not afford any further delays!! NOTE: Process models WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED TOO! Also NOTE: TEI has Massena's foams and Massena's foams do not have the "solid bulk head" design in the foams.
