Due to a design stack-up, there is a sliver of aluminum remaining after machining on the intake valve seat. This causes engine assembly issues at Flint Engine South and leaves loose material in the low pressure oil system which could result in a potential field failure. Alter the intake valve seats with Akemie to a radius of 9mm on "D" Eq#3 Serial #6 to match the model 12579960/014.0005 so trial parts can be made.
