The 'B' foams are experiencing foam "post expansion" and the mold cavities are running hot in specific areas of the mold plates. Per the mini design review held at John Key's desk on 21FE08 with Ted Lee, J. Keys, J. Bentancur, J. Bujouves, & G. Noga, the consensus was to add four weep holes only on a temporary basis for test, If the test proves satisfactory, then the catch up of the subsequent equipments #2 & #3 will add stainless steel weep hole inserts, where possible, before being delivered to SMCO. Equipment #1 will be caught up at a later date.
