John Mangapora was not part of the initial design review and wrote the PPCR LF08-224 mistakenly as a "permanent" request, when the initial direction was go try this CT04085 on a temporary basis. This work request is to make the change in CT04085 permanent and get the data to TEI ASAP for build. NOTE: the drilled through weep holes were done here at SMCO's patternshop without S.S. weep hole inserts to avoid a huge tear up of the upper mold tooling cavities. Where applicable, use S.S. weep hole inserts in the data for the building of the remaining cavities.
