Production experiences core cracks/breakage on the ends of the E & F cores. Both ends of the cores have eject pins, however, they are on one side only, not on center. If the cores stick or don't ejector square, the core(s) crack & or break. To resolve this condition, add (2) additional strip pins on either end of both cores opposite the existing pins. These new pins will create scars that require definning, therefore, add additional defin details to E & F spring plate fixtures. This request applies to the 917 block tooling as well.
