Review of base cubing stack up dimensions have revealed four (4) locations on an as cast block that could have potential for a non clean up condition. These areas are sealed against to test the high pressure oil lines and were not identified until now due to the original intention of the SMCO blocks being hypercubed. Hypercubed blocks do not exhibit the NCU potential. Surfaces 192 / 193 add 1.5mm of stock to casting (1.52325mm molding scale & 1.5147mm printing scale). 921 / 922 add 1.5mm stock radially (3mm total) to casting (1.52325mm molding scale).
