Excerpted from CT04377: 'D' Slice Chainguard has brittle underfused foam. The area of concern is not vented and the tooling has a heavy mass in that area. Lighten out the area if possible and add vents identified on the attachment. This change will reduce foam and casting scrap. REVISED SCOPE, SEE BELOW. NOTE: deepen six counter bore 6.35mm diameters to a wall thickness of 4.00mm, see attachment. Revise seventh vent hole counter bore diameter smaller to avoid thin side wall.
