The ends of the M&N core don't blow up on a consistant basis. There is limited space for screens/vents in this area so screen adjustments have not been successful. Add parting line vents as shown in the attachment. Vents of these style have been successfully used on the heads. With a ball nose cutter, cut the vents 1/8" wide and 1/16" deep, at a distance of 1/4" away from the core cavity. Also, drill 1/4" diameter holes through the lower corebox connecting the vents to the exhaust. Do on all the M&N cavities on one corebox for a trial.
