The minimum diameter of the pin should be 8.12mm at the parting upper to lower, the base of the upper pin at the mold plate will stay the same 9.1mm. The Lower "B" tool head HPO hole is part of the mold plate(parent metal). The Detail that makes the hole will need to machined down to where the diameter is 8.5mm. The section that is machined off will need to be replaced by a pin that goes from 8.5mm to 8.12mm. This is a removeable pin and engineering will identify the "B" tool to be tested after the pins are made. There is approximately 2.5% scrap for the Head HPO feed holes being plugged due to core float.
