Change the design of the pin(s) that makes the Head HPO feed line in the 'D' upper and lower mold plate (two locations) assemblies so the pin parting is at the deck face. This will result in the parting being machined off at the cubing source. The minimum diameter of the pin should be 8.12mm at the deck face, the base diameter will stay the same 9.1mm. These pin dimensions are for the lower mold plate pin. The upper mold plate pin asm will be removed and the mold plate hole will be "filled in" with the exception of the weep hole required in the upper mold plate. See attachments
