There is approximately 2.5% scrap for the head HPO feed holes being plugged due to core float. The minimum diameter of the pin should be 8.12mm at the parting upper to lower, the base of the upper pin at the mold plate will stay the same 9.1mm. The lower "B" tool head HPO hole is part of the mold plate(parent metal) and needs to have the contour revised. This lower mold plate feature will remain as "parent metal."
