Reference Temp PPCR LF10-237 (no work request was written for the temp per Ted Lee's request). The L850 block is experiencing a high level of porosity defect in the oil filter bowl after machining. SCR #009 shows very positive results, zero scrap and no porosity greater than .5mm in size. Also, the porosity was moved out of the thread area and into a thicker area. Design, build, and assemble 'B' & 'C' lightener "blade" inserts into the mold plate assemblies using specified existing vent hole locations for mounting. See "IGES" models attachment for reference. Note: NO PRINTER PLATE MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
