Modify the 'A' upper mold tool frame to steam chest keyway / key design to make more surface contact between the key to the upper frame. Add another keyway/key to the frame according to the attached picture. IF POSSIBLE, use standard library key for this application. Modify the lower 'A' tool mold plate to accommodate the above key, IF POSSIBLE. Also use common key for both upper and lower tooling halves IF POSSIBLE. Design and Process Engineering will discuss the appropriate size of the key that will provide more rigidity to the design.
