Mold machine thermocouples are breaking between the tool & machine connector interface. The wiring is not robust enough to withstand the current process environment. The current wiring has gotten pinched in the tools creating significant downtime to replace them. Thermocouples fail at will or wires break from cycling. Change the tool thermocouple connector to a hook up box and pig tail individual wires to correct broken wires. Change all mold tools to this new design this change was tested and debuged in mm4. Color code the pig tails to ID the position of the T/C on the tool.
