#288 Q07419-B 1.2L BDOHC 3) Base Mold: Add filter pocket per the provided design from BDOHC 1.2L MAGMA simulation Version 31. These designs should provide the filter. This filter must be represented in the tooling design with its part number. An adjacent ejector rod must be relocated or a new ejector rod added under the filter. Increase the thickness of 4 gates by 1.5mm. These changes are stock removal. Design Only, Covered in Line #6. gating metal stick model, casting process model, base mold, exhaust slide mold 6) All designs will be updated in Team Center as TEMPORARY. Further these designs must have all attributes and validation points updated. TEMPORARY validation programs must be created representing all changes. The casting process model needs to be updated showing the exhaust port oxide traps. Verify that any details on the core unloader tray is not effected.
