Line 6 drag patterns show a difference in length of runners for even and odd serials in the field. The center ingate runner extends almost all the way out to the slab pocket creating a leak path for aluminum to travel up and outside the core package. This flashing could end up on degate fixtures and result in casting damage. Model shows no difference in runner length but shows the longer runner in both locations. *Remove 0.050" from current center runner design length to help improve on the excess flash that can end up on the degate fixture and cause casting scrap.
