T.I.#311 PHFV6-H135 Flash around filter pocket adds time to mold cleaning operations and if left in place, prevents proper mold closure. The flash is caused by heavy overspray on the sprue block and pour bridge around the sprue. Design and build coating masks for the pour bridge and gate block to prevent overspray on the parting faces. Common LH & RH.
