Make TEMPORARY PPCR 14-042, CT06020 PERMANENT. Dimensional variation of WJ openings (excess of material) in both opening at the Front side (Hit Points 127-A and 127-B of the SPC program). These features do not meet the required Cpk >1.33. After analysis, Wall thickness results – ascribable to WJ position -seem to be even, so, from this point of view, WJ DOES NOT NEED TO BE MOVED. The proposal is to remove material (0.5mm) in the WJ Corebox insert to target results and met CPK’s. That will also strengthen the WJ legs.
