1) The A, B, C, & D cores were found to fit very tight into the keycore fixture during core make for PPAP castings. Upon investigation of the fixture design, it was found to have zero clearance to the core barrel tip prints. Add 0.25mm core to locator clearance on all endways & cross car pads. 2) Frame machining has zero clearance to bushing flanges. Revise frame counter bore diameter to provide .030” clearance to both bushings. 3) Frame machining has 3/8”-16 threaded holes to mount the moveable nest stop blocks. However, 5/16” SHCS are used to fasten blocks to frame. Revise frame machining from 3/8”-16 to 5/16”-18 threads.
