TCTO6633 PPCR T2015-1312-C-SAG P2015-1334-C-SAG Lower water jacket cores have areas of a soft blow. These defects have been seen when making cores immediately after the OUW core box have been cleaned. See the attached file for defect examples and concentration diagram. ?In OUW Core Box #3 LH Lower Water Jacket Core Cavity #5, add 6 weep holes (3mm diameter) in the areas shown in the attached file. Tool engineering to determine the locations. Reason for Change: Provide additional venting in the defect area to blow a solid core.
