Add 3mm thick cooling fin geometry to both sides of the block casting fuel flange. This is to address shrink defects in fuel flange. This change will require adding fin geometry into the top of the 'G' core as well as reducing the width of the cope fuel flange riser bob by 20mm each side to prevent fins from connecting to riser bob. The crush grooves on either side of bob will also need to be relocated to prevent crushing on cooling fin geometry. It has been determined through a Red X project that heat reduction is the key to reducing the shrink. To further reduce the heat in fuel flange area, remove the added riser & feed gate that is currently made by the topside of the G-core, previously added per ct06148.
