The upper water jacket pencils have been breaking off periodically in the assembly pallets causing scrap castings, increase the clearance on the pencil supports to 2.0mm total per the attached power point. The four posts that support and position the lower water jacket have been identified as an area that may have been attributing to an excess metal condition on the casting by scraping away a portion of the water jacket legs when they are set in the assembly pallets, increase the clearance around the four legs by 1.0mm, see the attached power point. This was a Temporary change on CT07284 and is now going permanent on all Assembly pallets.
