see standard for correct BLEED_HOLE standard 1. Vent template agn23757 was changed with out a work request. REL 003 C corrected the bleed hole expression by pointing to the spread sheet where the Bleed Hole expression was added to the spread sheet….with the value that is in the standard…. The issues is the template is at 003 release level and all the members are still at 002 that has the old formula in it….which says VENT_SIZE-1.5….the 1.5 should have been 2.0. but doesn’t work on the smaller vents of 4 and 5 where the bleed hole is 2.4 and 3.4 so the formula had to be removed for 2 reasons. 1. because 1.5 should have been 2.0 2. because the small vents where added to the vent chart and formula doesn’t work with 2.0 Also, after review the NEW BLEED_HOLE expression in the spread sheet there is 2 errors. 1. Vent size of 4 needs to have a 2.4 not a 2.0 2. Vent size of 5 needs to have a 3.4 not a 3.0 Solution: Create a 004 revision 1. update spread sheet so the vents size of 4 to have BLEED_HOLE=2.4 2. update spread sheet so the vent size of 5 to have BLEED_HOLE=3.4 3. Create all members to 004 release level. 2. agn27430 has an error in the expressions. The expression BLEED_HOLE has a formula of =VENT_SIZE-1.5. Solution: 1. add the expression BLEED_HOLE to the spread sheet with values from the standard, which will give bleed which will give the bleed holes the correct value of 2.0. 2. Check to see if the vent size of 4 and 5 need to be added to this template? Check to see if they are produced by this manufacture…if so add them to the spread sheet. 3. Create 003 version of the members when template is correct. 3.
