Product engineering is wanting roughly 10 prototype castings from Defiance by the end of October with the latest pinch bolt design content implemented in (2) of the (3) affected locations. One location affects the spring deck core (S-core) and the other affects the top core (T-core). Create a temporary set of data for the EISX and LT lower core box inserts updated to the latest product tool files per AVY35126/001.0005-12691253 WORK ASM. Be sure to maintain any & all process adjustments that may already exist in affected areas. These changes will then be temporarily implemented into A-box set #4 tooling using plastic.
