This change is driven by parts getting stuck in the OP140 mill fixture. There were a large quantity of parts getting stuck in the fixture due to detail AWS66027. Upon further investigation it was noticed that this detail over constrained the casting in the fixture. This change will reduce locating faces and modify clearances to ensure the part is not over constrained. OP160 saw fixture uses common details but after looking at the forces created by the saw in 160 vs the mill in 140 there have to be different clearances in each OP to ensure a good cut.
