Even cavity castings display a much higher incidence of misrun defects than the odd cavity. Modify one set of sprue blocks and filter inserts to increase flow as simulated in Magma and Flow3D. Increased fill rates will drive additional heat into the even cavity. Use model "gate-140.prt" as supplied by Saginaw. The changes will be done on an extra set of sprue blocks and filter insertsto be installed on a tube mold of choice.
