Defiance is experiencing rust & corrosion buildup between the mold opposite pour bridge and base insert. This causes the bridge to move/tip out of position which intern also places the core set EOAT locating pin out of location. Mold testing shows there are no leaks present in molds. Upon disassembly, indications are present that this is a result of condensation collecting around base mold cooling inlet ports of base insert. To allow for this add a 1.0mm relief on mounting surface of bridge to provide clearance for build up and also allow condensation, & water should a leak occur, to escape.
